To change your password simply login to a PC and then press CTR-ALT-DEL and select change password from the menu. You can then enter a new password and log off. Then logon with your newly set password and try Connect 2 again. If you are not at university then you can call 01612474646 and ask IT&D to change your password for you or visit this link below:

After your password has been reset
First, log in to another university system (for example, Moodle or a Windows PC on campus).
Once you’ve successfully logged in there, try logging into Connect2 again.
